We know you have many choices when choosing a dental office, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We are not in-network with any dental insurance providers. However, if you have a DPPO plan, we’re happy to file your claim as a courtesy. Most plans will reimburse our office directly, but some may send reimbursement to the policyholder. In those cases, full payment is due at the time of service.

We accept checks, cash, major credit cards as well as CareCredit.
